10.01.2022 Eve practising Mavericks gentle back lift exercises to follow up with in between treatments to help activate his back muscles that have become contracted. Its very subtle if you blink you may miss it but you see a slight raise, hopefully it should improve with more remedial stretches and another treatment to follow. Eve Rogers will follow up with a topical muscle tonic as well.

08.01.2022 Stepping in and out of the square pole set up helps to keep them focused on a specific exercise. Sunny gets easily distracted and drifts off when he looses focus he becomes clumsy forgets where his feet are going, this exercise guiding him in and out of the poles, changing direction helped him become more coordinated.
