19.01.2022 Regardless of the situation we are in, there is always hope. We have got to expand our minds and rather than looking at the challenges, lets search for the opportunities, the lessons. There has never been a better time for innovation & leadership. 16.01.2022 Wed love you to meet Cam. He is just about to complete his apprenticeship this week. Cam came to us after contacting architects to recommend builders of the highest calibre. He persisted even knowing we did not have an opening. We are so lucky to have him and his vibrant personality. Cam is incredibly focussed in anything he takes on in both his work and personal life. He has massive amounts of attitude. Cam completed his Cert 4, whilst undertaking his apprenticeship and is now enrolled to undertake his diploma in building. He is also a finalist in the Master Builders Apprentice of the Year. We wish him luck and look forward to progressing him through our business.

12.01.2022 I just received an email from Tasmen as I am on their mailing list. It was an email about an initiative that was being created around calling a mate. These are pretty difficult times in the Construction Industry. Whilst we are so lucky to be classified as essential services and still operating, there are concerns around when the next job will come. I put it out there that you contact 2 of your builder friends to see how they are travelling. You can then request they do the same to keep this going. Remember we have each others backs and we are all in this together

11.01.2022 A very rare photo of Jason, Director & Part Owner of @in2construction Jason commenced his Apprenticeship in Carpentry with Fletcher Constructions way back in the 90s and was the Master Builders Tasmania - Apprentice of the year, but he doesnt like to brag about these things. Coming up to 13 years as co-owner, there have been so many highs.
