11.01.2022 So much information out there on diet & nutrition ....everyone is an expert these days & it can be confusing - Im not a dietician & can only give tips in this area but hope these help- 1. Make one change a week to your eating patterns (doing everything at once is hard to maintain). 2. Eat a healthy breakfast if you dont already. 3. Watch your portions. 4. Eat whole foods & decrease processed foods.... 5. Eat nutrient rich foods (ie veggies, lean protein, low GI grains & other carbs) 6. Eat energy sparse foods - foods with fewer calories 7. Exercise daily- whether its going for a fast paced walk, swim, jog, or exercise session.
