01.01.2022 C O N N E C T E D I N 4 D A Y S Following on from yesterday’s post, we have a local valued client utilising our temporary internet services while we organised a NBN connection for their location. We would like to share the timeline of getting them connected to a new NBN Service. ... Last Friday - Placed order for internet services Monday Morning - just after 10am, internet service was turned on for the customer. Monday afternoon - we attended site to connect a new NBN modem and set things up (we found we needed the assistance of the NBN technicians). Internet provider requested an NBN Technician attend site. Tuesday - confirmation received NBN Tech would be on-site from 8am-12:30pm Thursday morning Thursday Lunchtime - NBN technician arrived, performed the required works. Thursday afternoon - Reattended site, plugged in the configured modem and checked the NBN Connection. NBN is now active and operating at the full desired capacity for the clients requirements and all within 4 days.
