19.01.2022 Hi all, To ensure the health of all visitors to the salon we have (and usually do) strict hygiene protocol. However these are unique and scary circumstances we all find ourselves in. So to ensure absolute hygiene and that we take full precautions we are requesting that if you have been overseas in the last two weeks or come in contact with a known person to have COVID-19 you reschedule your apt. Furthermore we request that if you are experiencing temperatures, runny nose, co...ughing, headaches or cold or flu like symptoms that you reschedule your apt for another time. This ensures the salon remains a safe zone for other salon visitors and staff. It is important our visitors feel comfortable that they are safe in our care. You will notice we will be wearing masks and the usual PPE and may request you wash your hands depending upon the treatment. We will also be using disposables, disposable bed covers and will be sanitising all surfaces between clients. These are things we usually do anyway but our procedures will be more diligent than ever. Russians are not pre-made volume and are made at the time of application, so require a bit of practice. Light, fluffy and generally very full. Only charging $50. 12.01.2022 Fess up, we have all done it. We have all had a go at popping or picking our pimples. For some it can be deeply satisfying however it may come at a cost. Picking and popping can lead to scarring, thats a given, but did you know you may be creating an eternal infection deep under the skin as well as introducing non acne specific bacteria to the skin. Icing the pimple is a simple way to reduce inflammation and the size of the breakout as well as helping to fight bacteria. LED therapy can also promote healing of breakouts as many of my clients can attest to. Spot treatments can also be effective. On a much more serious note, picking at your skin can also indicate levels of anxiety, something we don't often discuss. If picking at your skin becomes routine or something you cant seem to control then it may be worth mentioning it to your Dr.
