24.01.2022 Hey guys and girls! I hope you all had a great Christmas and new years! Training starts Monday 7 January 2013. New rules will apply to training for your safety and the smooth running of classes. The following rules of training are: 1. BRING CLEAN CLOTHING TO TRAINING... This means that if you have performed a gym session/cardio before class, please bring a fresh shirt/singlet for hygiene reasons 2. BRING YOUR OWN WATER BOTTLE TO CLASS AND HAVE IT CLOSE TO YOU WHILST TRAINING Hydration is essential, also we will be conducting rounds of 3mins with a 30 sec recovery. In this time you are free to grab water if you like. 3. BRING YOUR OWN PROTECTIVE GEAR (Shin pads, Groin protector, mouth guard, wraps and gloves) This is for your own safety and well being It is also a hygiene also. 4. BRING A GOOD ATTITUDE AND A WILLINGNESS TO WORK You only get out, what you put in. If come to training with a disrespectful attitude of your trainers and your class mates, you will get the same back to you....What goes around comes around. All that out of the way, we hope to have a great year and provide you will good training and a fun environment. The Kru's and Seniors

This means do no less than 3 movements regardless of what you do. This applies to your stand up, clinch, and ground arsenal. On a basic level it can be as simple as 3 attacks in a row. On a advanced level it can be 3 specific movements to put you in a more advantageous position through footwork or body positioning to set up a singular attack.

01.01.2022 I just want to say to you....How bad do you want it?....i have notice underground rumblings of...oh I don't like that....or why cant we do this....or can I do that instead of this.....The short answer is no!! Ask yourself this question....are you in the moment? are you there to train? Are you ready to give it all? Some times in life....we have to do what is unplesent..do you give up on life? do you whinge and have a cry? no!! you get up and give your all! I ask that you do the same at training..cause you cant make excuses in the ring...you either do or do not
