24.01.2022 ATTENTION: Due to the recently confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Queensland, Metro South Health has established a temporary COVID-19 Community Screening Clinic to facilitate the increased demand in community testing. The temporary walk-through clinic will be located in the car park of the Inala Community Health Centre, 64 Wirraway Parade, Inala.... We anticipate that people attending the clinic will be mostly well, presenting with mild cold and flu symptoms, requiring COVID-19 testing. The clinic will be open today, Thursday 27 August from 3:00pm - 6:00pm and tomorrow Friday 28 August from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Dates extending past this date are yet to be confirmed. This clinic is a vital step to ensure we act quickly to identify and isolate those who have the virus - helping to stop the spread, keeping our community and loved ones safe. We would like to assure you that this does not mean IPC have any positive cases of COVID-19 and our practice will remain open during this screening clinic. If you are attending the practice, we advise you to wear a face mask and use the hand sanitiser that is available as you enter the building. Any questions from our patients can be answered by calling Reception on 3275 5444.
