24.01.2022 MOTIVATION vs. DISCIPLINE MOTIVATION - A feeling. It comes and goes faster than you can throw a punch at DISCIPLINE - An action. Doing what needs to be done even when you don’t feel like it. ... I get asked almost everyday how I stay motivated after working long hours and always motivating others. Truth be told - I don’t ALWAYS feel motivated! (Yes, that’s right! I am the same as you ). Instead of letting that feeling of being ‘unmotivated’ win and searching for that extra motivation within myself, I dig in to my discipline and find something that will push me harder and set my soul on fire and it is always a guarantee when the big man @tsolakides gives you a run for your money I hope this week you choose to be disciplined over searching for that long lost motivation

24.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE! It will be business as usual for Monday. All 1-on-1 sessions will be on tomorrow. I will continue to update you all from there as I know more. ... Rest assured, I will be running easily accessible at home workouts, as well as virtual and live streaming for those clients keen to sweat whilst on lockdown, Stay tuned on how we will proceed forward from tomorrow. I will be contacting each client and member of the Inalignment community over the next 24 hours with further details. We are about to embark on an whirlwind of a journey and I am sending you all the support, health and safety throughout this uncertain time. The best thing we can do right now is look after our health and wellbeing, keep moving forward, stick together and get around each other and all the small local businesses more than ever! It’s ok to not be ok, physical activity and looking after our wellbeing is one of the most important and most under-utilised medicines for our mental health and we must continue moving our bodies and taking care of ourselves through such testing times. Choosing wholesome & nourishing foods - it’s true what they say - you’ve gotta nourish to flourish by nourishing my body with food from the earth each day always leaves me feeling so much better! Trying new recipes and creating wholesome and hearty dishes fills my tummy happily & feeds my soul. Don’t forget to incorporate all colours of the rainbow to your plate and drink plenty of water! . Daily Movement - Moving my body each day instantly sets me up with a clear mind and positive attitude. I’ve been mixing it up with regular walking and running with my pooches to get our daily nature fix, bodyweight workouts, home gym strength sessions and also slowing things down with much more stretching and yoga flows - leaving me feeling strong & empowered also keeping up with all the Virtual Studio Sessions to keep things fun and connected with my community! We the CV situation changing so rapidly and the state Government saying today that a mass closure of non essential businesses looming we wil...l pass information on to you as soon as we have it . At this stage it business as usual, there has never been a more important time to keep working & maintaining our fitness, strength and most importantly our mental health. . Classes as normal this week at this stage, BOXING cancelled for the foreseeable future due to the close contact nature of it. A 45 minute HIIT class will run in place of it . Thank you for really getting on board regarding training with a towel, hand washing, sanitising and wiping down equipment. . We cannot stress or thank you enough for your continued support at this time.
