24.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE! It will be business as usual for Monday. All 1-on-1 sessions will be on tomorrow. I will continue to update you all from there as I know more. ... Rest assured, I will be running easily accessible at home workouts, as well as virtual and live streaming for those clients keen to sweat whilst on lockdown, Stay tuned on how we will proceed forward from tomorrow. I will be contacting each client and member of the Inalignment community over the next 24 hours with further details. We are about to embark on an whirlwind of a journey and I am sending you all the support, health and safety throughout this uncertain time. The best thing we can do right now is look after our health and wellbeing, keep moving forward, stick together and get around each other and all the small local businesses more than ever! It’s ok to not be ok, physical activity and looking after our wellbeing is one of the most important and most under-utilised medicines for our mental health and we must continue moving our bodies and taking care of ourselves through such testing times. Thanks @thesourcewagga for your scrumptious Organic Paleo Protein Power Mix, all I have to do is whip up the chocolate & add it to the mix to make this almighty slice! ... ORGANIC PALEO POWER PROTEIN SLICE: - 1 cup Organic Coconut Oil - 2 tbls Organic Cacao Powder - 2 tbls Organic Maple Syrup - 2 cups of Organic Paleo Protein Power Mix Melt coconut oil and maple syrup in microwave, add in cacao powder and mix until a smooth, runny consistency. Self-care should not be something we resort to because we are so absolutely exhausted that we need some reprieve from our own relentless internal pressure. We the CV situation changing so rapidly and the state Government saying today that a mass closure of non essential businesses looming we wil...l pass information on to you as soon as we have it . At this stage it business as usual, there has never been a more important time to keep working & maintaining our fitness, strength and most importantly our mental health. . Classes as normal this week at this stage, BOXING cancelled for the foreseeable future due to the close contact nature of it. A 45 minute HIIT class will run in place of it . Thank you for really getting on board regarding training with a towel, hand washing, sanitising and wiping down equipment. . We cannot stress or thank you enough for your continued support at this time. The community we have within Flexit is something we all should be proud of so let’s make sure we look after each other through these uncertain times. . Spending the first few months doing very low impact, mobility training, slowly working on building his strength back up. 12 months down the track and Ollie you have blown me away! Positivity breeds positivity, negativity breeds negativity not just in you but in others around you as well. 4. Eat a balanced diet. No brainer here fresh whole foods make you feel physically and mentally amazing. 5. Don’t Judge. Unless you walked a mile in their shoes be patient. 6. Self improve. I’ve never been comfortable with the saying it’s just the way I am I’m continually working on so many parts of myself I don’t know where to start, But having the ability to be self aware and the guts to admit and then action the things in your life you’d most like to change is a difficult but powerful thing.
