16.01.2022 Hi everyone, I’m Steph from inamojo We are facing so much uncertainty in our world, but one thing I am certain of is that children need our support and guidance. Guiding children through fun, and really easy to use, wellbeing techniques doesn’t need to go on hold. I can deliver it to your child at home!... Inamojo classes include storytelling, creative movement, art, meditation and other wellbeing techniques. And my new online class has been specially created to help children manage anxiety and change. We have our main character, Naga the Dragon, to help guide us. Naga is a green dragon who lives in a mountain cave, near a toadstool village called Dragon Dell. Usually he loves to go to the school and sits outside the window and listens to the lessons. At lunch time, he plays with his friends, the children of Dragon Dell and they go flying all around the land. But now, Naga and the children in Dragon Dell have needed to start learning online and to stay at home. This 40-minute, online class will introduce your child to Naga and his magical diary that he is writing in his cave during isolation. We will explore the challenges and feelings that might be coming up and offer different techniques and tools to use as we navigate our current world. This class costs $15 per child and is suitable for children between the ages of 4-11, although you might like to even join in yourself and do this as a family.
