This will replace the paper forms. The government has told us this is MANDATORY for every client until they say not to. ... You are more than welcome to refuse, however, as this is a LEGAL requirement, I will refuse service as quite honestly, I can't afford the fine I would get for your refusal. The fines will be upto $250000 if I don’t follow the rules. Please I ask that you do this because I would hate to turn you away. 07.01.2022 Terms and conditions Hello Queens As my business is continuing to grow which makes very grateful, I have no choice effective immediately to put some terms and conditions in place moving forward. ... CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO SHOWS I am a small business and require at least 24 hours notice if you can’t make it to your appointment. This is to minimise loss of income and to give another client the opportunity to come in, as a lot of the time I need to turn them away. I do get booked in advanced. So going forward please do not be offended if I ask for a $30 non refundable deposit to secure your next appointment. This is for rescheduling, no shows and cancellations. NEW CLIENTS If you are new to my salon I am more than happy to book you in, however if you cancel with or without 24 hour notice you may be asked to pay a non refundable $30 deposit to secure your next appointment. I will not secure any appointments unless deposits have been paid. Clients who continue to cancel or no show will be not be rebooked. I understand that life delivers things out of our control and sometimes it can’t be help. I am more than understanding and will be very patient with everyone. So please be respectful and give me 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling. CHILDREN IN THE SALON I love kids and I also understand that sometimes they will need to come especially during holidays and when plans fall through. But I have very expensive equipment and if your child breaks anything it will result in you having to replace it to the same value or replacement cost. I am actually a KID FREE salon. If you do need to bring them, they need to be in a stroller with a device to keep them occupied. They will need to stay in the salon. So please if you can, leave your child at home, I would prefer they stay at home as it can slow me down and I can not run late for my next client. If your having a pedicure 100% no kids please. I’m very lucky the kids that have come in are very well behaved. Please these Terms & Conditions have been in the making for a while. As I have been forgiving in the past this is my business and how I make a living for my family. It is no way intended to offend anyone but I need to put some policies in place.
