25.01.2022 Flex Friday and 2021 Show dates info. Many of you have been asking about the 2021 dates which is fantastic! We haven’t had the dates confirmed yet due to the COVID19 restrictions forever changing each week.... We hope to have them out to you all in the next couple months But we will 100% have a big 2021 planned for every one of our athletes

22.01.2022 When athletes are keen and proud to be apart of our drug testing. @annaringrose1 had her first time on stage this weekend and ended up taking out every division she was in. Amazing! Drug testing is carried out at every show and we also complete testing on athletes who are training for shows (outside comp day).... We are for Natural Athletes. #naturalbodybuilding

05.01.2022 Happy birthday to Diana Kakos! Without this lady and her hard work behind the scenes with the Godfather Denny Kakos, INBA PNBA Global President, this federation wouldn’t be what it is today. Have the best day you wonderful woman!

05.01.2022 It’s Show Day! At @sunpacbne we are hosting the Team Australia and @inba_defence_emergencyservices Titles all in one big day. COACHES MARQUEE... 17th Oct Double Title Show will have an outdoor marquee set up for competitors and coaches. This will help to comply with COVID Safe requirements and allow you to have your coach with you during the day before heading on stage. We are allowed 30 people in the final pump up room before going on stage. Coaches who would like to watch their athlete on stage will still need to purchase a ticket to comply with @sunpacbne COVID Safe regulations. Online sales have been suspended now but tickets can still be purchased at the door on 17/10/20 show.

02.01.2022 Saturday October 17 the 2020 INBA/PNBA Team Australia combined with the Defence and emergency services show took place at Sunpac and it was an absolute exciting event. I’d like to take the opportunity to thank the athletes who made it to stage in such an uncertain time. The standard of physiques was incredible and some people I’d seen before had made dramatic improvements. I have a mind set that these athletes no doubt had it goes like this. No matter how dire things are, no ...matter how hopeless a situation you are in you can always find a way how you can win. No matter your placing over the weekend you are all winners and inspirational. Thank you to the work and effort of all the coaches who put their heart into what they do. Thank you to all the judges for striving to be fair and reward decisions accordingly. Thank you to the work of our backstage team who take care of the athletes and bring the show to stage. Thank you to our sponsors, Southside Fitness, Bulliftwear, Prana on, Ban Studios, Unique Crew, Xylia beauty, Roses only, Guenivere McBride Brisbane artist. Thank you to all the spectators family friends supporters who were patient with the covid rules and did amazing cheering all the athletes and to all you who watched on the live feed.
