10.01.2022 INBA Australia Season A and COVID-19 update. INBA Australia want to provide an update on our plans for season A shows. These are unprecedented and uncertain times and as such INBA Australia are monitoring the ever changing situation and will follow all government guidelines. It cant be stressed enough the health and well being of our members, officials, sponsors family and friends are our number one priority.... At this point in time, our goal is to run season A shows in May 2020. However this situation may change as things come to light daily so please monitor our social media for future updates. 09.01.2022 Flex Friday and 2021 Show dates info. Many of you have been asking about the 2021 dates which is fantastic! We haven’t had the dates confirmed yet due to the COVID19 restrictions forever changing each week.... We hope to have them out to you all in the next couple months But we will 100% have a big 2021 planned for every one of our athletes

09.01.2022 It’s Show Day! At @sunpacbne we are hosting the Team Australia and @inba_defence_emergencyservices Titles all in one big day. COACHES MARQUEE... 17th Oct Double Title Show will have an outdoor marquee set up for competitors and coaches. This will help to comply with COVID Safe requirements and allow you to have your coach with you during the day before heading on stage. We are allowed 30 people in the final pump up room before going on stage. Coaches who would like to watch their athlete on stage will still need to purchase a ticket to comply with @sunpacbne COVID Safe regulations. Online sales have been suspended now but tickets can still be purchased at the door on 17/10/20 show.

08.01.2022 Saturday October 17 the 2020 INBA/PNBA Team Australia combined with the Defence and emergency services show took place at Sunpac and it was an absolute exciting event. I’d like to take the opportunity to thank the athletes who made it to stage in such an uncertain time. The standard of physiques was incredible and some people I’d seen before had made dramatic improvements. I have a mind set that these athletes no doubt had it goes like this. No matter how dire things are, no ...matter how hopeless a situation you are in you can always find a way how you can win. No matter your placing over the weekend you are all winners and inspirational. Thank you to the work and effort of all the coaches who put their heart into what they do. Thank you to all the judges for striving to be fair and reward decisions accordingly. Thank you to the work of our backstage team who take care of the athletes and bring the show to stage. This is not a decision that was taken lightly, as we know how difficult it is for everyone involved. After our Prime Minister Scott Morrison's announcement with new restrictions, we now have no other option then to Cancel all of our remaining Season A shows. ...
