25.01.2022 If for some reason members didn’t get the email sent out to everyone, I have posted it here. Looking forward to Monday!! EMAIL SENT TO MEMBERS... Great news! We are finally reopening our doors 7am Monday November 9 HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW Temporary Restricted Open Hours Monday Friday | 7am-9pm Weekends | 9am-2pm All accounts will restart November 9 see below for more information Max 20 patrons at one time No Towel No Workout Mask mandatory unless exempt or doing high intensity exercise Showers unavailable Sanitise equipment before & after use No casual/non member visits penalties apply For more detailed information please see below. Opening Hours In line with the current guidelines, we are required to have a Covid Marshall on site during all opening hours. As such we have had to reduce our opening hours to the above. We sincerely hope this will only be a short-term requirement and we will be able to allow you 24/7 access very soon! Accounts All accounts will automatically be reactivated as of November 9 unless previously discussed with staff. For all members who opted in to support us during the lockdown THANKYOU Your accounts will be credit automatically Please note, depending on your normal billing cycle your account may have an overdue or be in credit. If your account has an overdue you will not incur a penalty fee, the extra amount will just be debited on your next billing cycle. Eg. If your debits are normally due on Friday weekly, your debits will not be taken until Friday the 13/9/2020, so you will be overdue for the 4 days since we opened. This extra amount will be taken on top of your normal week. Please call us on 9315 7338 to discuss any account issues. Or send an email to [email protected] Gym Equipment will need to be sanitised before and after use You will need to abide by the social distancing rules. These restrictions are in line with the DHHS & our COVIDsafe plan, and may change at any time, we hope it wont be long until we can all get back to our normal routines! As we prepare to reopen, we will have minimal staffed hours, so if you need to contact us please email [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We cant wait to have you all back in! See you soon!

23.01.2022 Want a quick workout? Grab a coin and give this a go, quick and not hard to follow :)

23.01.2022 Ive held back but its time to speak out. Please share and repost because we need to be heard. We really need to reclassify gyms and fitness centres as an esse...ntial service. Despite the incredible ignorance of the chief health officer, stating that gyms are a high risk setting and that they cause outbreaks. That is just not true. Data collected by Fitness Australia across over 500 gyms in NSW that have reopened since June, show that there have been over 7 million visits without a single recorded case of community transmission. Despite the ignorance of politicians and people that dont work out, going to the gym is so much more than physical fitness. It provides a coping mechanism for millions of Australians to keep their mental health in check, to keep depression and anxiety at bay. In many cases it is the single thread that holds so many peoples lives together. Exercise obviously keeps you healthy and boosts your immune system. There are so many reasons that make gyms safer, more hygienic and cleaner than the Victorian premier and his chief health officer could begin to understand. From the contact tracing issue, we are so far ahead of every other industry. Members swipe in with a fob that provides their name, phone number, photograph, address and date of birth. It tells us what time they enter the gym to the very minute. It also can trace every single person that is in the facility at any given time. When we go to the supermarket or bottle shop, there is no identification check, not even a sign in system. Compared to last time Victoria was able to have their businesses open, with restaurants shops etc. We were able to enter shops with no check in. Cafes and restaurants by signing in on a clipboard. A clipbord not sanitised, with the same pen that everybody else used without the offer of hand sanitiser to follow. When people enter our gyms they check-in and they have to sanitise their hands before they enter. Every machine or bench is 1.5m apart. Every second cardio machine is switched off and taped up so they cant be used to adhere with social distancing. We have hygiene stations everywhere, with disposable paper towel and hospital grade disinfectant. Members must wipe down every bench, handle, barbell and dumbbell after every single set. We have been in the sweat business for a long time, hand sanitiser in our gyms has been standard for 12 years, not 12 weeks. As an industry we have not been consulted, advised or considered. I hope that someone in government gets to read this and at least reach out for an open discussion. I am here for every gym owner, personal trainer and family business that has been decimated by this blatant and now targeted ignorance.

22.01.2022 No opening news just yet.... but with the news regional gyms will be open from tomorrow...we are hoping announcements aren’t far off

09.01.2022 Ah great news today! Can happily say that our members will now have 24/7 access from 7am tomorrow morning! So relieved and happy to finally be getting back into it!!

09.01.2022 This is with much regret that I write this again, we are once again going into lockdown - it pains me to write this, as only two weeks in and so many of our amazing members had ventured back in, all doing their utmost with distancing, disinfecting and staying safe! Once again, all members accounts will go onto mandatory freeze for six weeks. Once we learn more details of what this entails and how its all going to work (we are just assuming for now that it will be along the same lines as last time) we will keep you informed. If we take a few days to get back to you, we apologise, as we are working our way through all the enquires. We will keep updated on facebook and email you all details as soon as possible. Our doors will shutdown at 8pm tomorrow evening and remain on lockdown again . So sorry guys, stay safe

03.01.2022 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 - bonus time...give this a try - can take just 15 mins to complete! Or try it twice if you want more...and for a great challenge complete 3 times!!!

02.01.2022 Quick no equipment workout, not a lot of space required :) Make sure you warm up and cool down after working out. Take a 60 second break after you have finished each round of 7 exercises.
