04.01.2022 Eight weeks ago the girls at Skadi Performance had their InBody scans done. They all re scanned and we had some absolutely incredible results ! Everyone increased their lean muscle mass and decreased their fat mass. This is proof that training hard and challenging yourself really pays off ! Good work team
