25.01.2022 The bible to business

11.01.2022 Would you want to learn how I started an Airbnb business using other people's property? And I also didn’t have ANY prior Airbnb experience... Hi my name is Br...ian Page and I am the founder of BNB Formula. A company helping people like you and I earn an extra income stream using other people’s property on Airbnb. One day I read in a book "more millionaires are created in real estate than any other business"... ...so right then, I decided that’s what I wanted to do. I became a landlord... Bought a bunch of properties and started renting them out... But in the mid 2000s the market crashed and I lost everything... My properties foreclosed and I was BROKE! I wanted to start another business venture, something that needed very little resources/money to start... And didn't take up ALL of my time. Then I heard about Airbnb... I started with just my guest room... Not long after I had my second, third, and FOURTH property! I started making MORE money than I was at my job! So I decided to QUIT! I developed a formula that has allowed me to automate EVERY aspect of my business using services and processes that has someone available 24/7 to handle bookings, respond to guests, coordinate cleanings and more... See the free training video series I made >> https://bnbformula.com/freevideoseries I developed checklists, procedures, and processes cutting down my time needed to only a FEW hours a week without hiring any employees! After testing different systems and finding out what has and hasn't worked I thought to myself I could help a lot of people and save people a ton of TIME if I built a course guiding people and showing EVERYTHING I learned that has enabled me to automate my Airbnb business.. If you want to Learn all my secret methods behind making money with OTHER people’s Airbnb properties then click below for a FREE 4 video training series https://bnbformula.com/freevideoseries See more

01.01.2022 Now that the Everest is over it’s back to the Computer for a quick back up. I did something for the first time after writing my rant on Wednesday, I posted it... on the Rabbitoh’s Facebook. With it being so far down the news list by that time there wasn’t much of a reaction, but I’d say those up on the top floor in Chalmers Street would have had their attention drawn to it. It is a pity I didn’t write my view on Tuesday when the under 20’s news broke to others, then again I may not have been so diplomatic in what I said. I’ve subsequently found out the Rabbitoh’s have in excess of 429000 on Facebook against my roughly 1000 so I was wrong when I said the 780, which is now just over 800, who liked the decision made it a no brainer, that number is actually a pittance and there were also those who voiced their views against it as well as others for it. When you consider this represents only about 0.185% overall it is a long way from a no brainer. Nonetheless the decision has been made and there is nothing we can do about it. To answer a few of your questions:- THE BOARD. The Football Club Board is made up of seven, two from the Members, two representing Crowe, two Packer and a representative from the Juniors so the combined Crowe Packer vote controls everything. MEMBERS VOTE. To call on Souths to poll members/supporters on the issue would do no good because, as someone said, membership fees are only a donation when you don’t own the farm. It’s a pretty good donation which brings in about $2.5 million a year. THE FARM. With some of you talking about getting the farm back, which is very unlikely to ever happen, it got me thinking how Packer came to buy Holmes A Court’s shares because I had some recollection the Juniors had an option if one of the shareholders wanted out. With this in mind I went fossicking through my old records yesterday and eventually came up with what was Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting and Explanatory Notes. This was the meeting back in 2006 where Crowe and Holmes A Court gained sufficient Members votes to buy a 75% majority share in the Football Club under the prefix Supporters Club with the Members retaining 25% as the Members Club. Item 2.3 of the DEED makes interesting reading and is as follows:- (a) Transfer restrictions The Deed contains provisions which restrict the ability of the shareholders to transfer shares in the Football Club. In addition to the restriction noted above, shares are transferable, but only after a procedure is followed which grants to the other shareholder pre-emption rights over the shares to be transferred at a price to be set as the average of two valuations obtained from independent valuers (one independent valuer must be the Football Club’s appointed auditor and the other independent valuer must be agreed upon by Member Company and Supporter Company). Where the Supporter Company is the seller, the pre-emption rights will not only extend to the Member Company, but also to South Sydney Juniors if Member Company elects, who may apply to acquire all of the shares on offer. There is of course significantly more covered in the Deed and whilst I don’t profess to be a Rhodes Scholar or a Solicitor it is my assumption Member Company should have been given first option to purchase Holmes A Courts shares. Of course Member Company having no assets, unless a levy was placed on its Members, couldn’t afford to pay what would probably have been a king’s ransom to us for Holmes A Courts shares whereas it would have been, to coin a phrase, basically ash tray change to Packer. Mind you IF under our Constitution the Directors had the power to allow this transaction to occur, without consulting the Members, that’s the end of it. Form your own conclusion. SHANE RICHARDSON. Richardson came to a Delegates Meeting way back when he first became CEO and to the best of my recollection that was the only time. In his inaugural speech, the only one, I don’t think he neglected much in telling everyone about everything he’d done in the game from selling raffle tickets at the lower level to where he was to now and how much of a League junkie he was and that we would get sick and tired of seeing him at games. Well I recollect seeing him at the odd Junior Representative games, he may also have been at others, but never once at a Park Football game. Richardson obviously pulls the strings at South’s but who pulls his, could it be Crowe or has he full freedom. In saying that I’m sure we are all appreciative of Crowe who bought us a Premiership winning team, but this is a different agenda. I had an association with Richo before I got the axe from the Juniors, mostly amicable, but there was the odd difference of opinion. PATHWAYS. On not being able to get players at least trials with District Clubs, I say change the structure. In my support of late for the under 20’s I have been more so supporting a pathway for players coming through. Having basically"taking them to task on the 20’s may make it seem funny to those who are not regular readers/contributors but we need to bring back under 15’s, 17’s, 19,’s and 21’s short season Representative Competitions giving players two years to make it at each level so all with talent should get exerience and the opportunity to be showcased. After that under 23’s or open 3rd grade, second grade and then 1st grade (NRL). How many times have I said this! THE FUTURE. Regarding the younger kids I’ll use Tony’s words, we need to go back to the future. By this I personally believe get rid of Mini and Mod League, start the kids off 13 to a team, one division, on the normal sized field under the 5 metre rule allowing the non scoring team restarts of play with tap penalties. Have a weight scale with a one year age penalty for those above it, but only one year. This will give the smaller kids a better opportunity to hone their skills, particularly halves and hookers. ( I have more suggestions on this which will be reported on later). As it looks now there won’t even be scrums in the game until the 13 year old competition. CONTROL. As for the Clubs making decisions to have this grade and not that grade the Commission and NRL need to show some intestinal fortitude and tell the Clubs what is required and make financial allowances under the salary cap to ensure they do so. It will be harder when the Commission numbers are increased because I believe conflicts of interest may come into being. Even blind Freddie can see the game needs more pathways but while the Commission and NRL allows Clubs to channel just about everything money wise into the one grade the freefall in player participation will continue. FORUM. As for the Forum, John Quayle came to one of our Delegates meetings during the early part of his tenure and said he would be arranging a Junior League Forum. It still hasn’t eventuated. Does anyone honestly believe this mob in control would want a Forum which could show them up for what they really are! UP TO DATE NEWS. If you get a chance read Paul Kent’s column in today’s Telegraph, it is very informative and enlightening. As usual he’s on the ball.
