25.01.2022 As part of our service we occasionally provide advice and structural designs for alterations to existing structural elements. As can be seen here, the owner of a unit on Brunswick street brisbane, wanted to remove some structural walls to open up the kitchen/living areas. In order to do so sections of load bearing internal block walls had to go. We met on site to run through some ideas with the client and builder, finally resting on a modern structural steel look that really opens up the area making it more usable.
