09.01.2022 The substantial $5.3 billion boost for social housing announced today is fantastic news for our industry with 9,300 properties to be built. Ten per cent of the work on the major housing projects will be done by apprentices, cadets and trainees and hundreds of jobs will be created for women, Aboriginal Victorians, people with a disability and social-housing tenants through social procurement targets. 05.01.2022 We're proud to announce our $11.9mill investment into JD Group’s Sierra Hawthorn, a project consisting of 246 apartments over 6 levels, 4 level basement car parking, commercial, and retail areas. Being the construction industry safety net means being there when you need us most. But it also means backing the industry to create jobs and support the industry. Incolink has consistently invested in construction projects, and returns from these investments go straight to Incolink services, training, and improving fund operations & service delivery. This project will create hundreds of jobs and stimulate the construction sector when it’s needed most.
