07.01.2022 Heart breaks today for our Ancestors, our elders and family members who are still out there finding their way home to us. But the Old people and Ancestors know... who their children are. I pray we're all together soon. Between 1910-1970, Indigenous children were forcibly removed from their families as a result of various government policies. The generations of children removed under these policies became known as 'the Stolen Generations'. Today, Tuesday 26 May 2020, is National Sorry Day. It is the National Day of Healing for our Stolen Generations. Our longest living culture in the world is still waiting for our stolen children, our lost children to come home. As a young one, I'll be waiting too. You're always in my prayers.
