15.01.2022 Time to show the proof in the pudding so to speak. On the left is an Incredible seafood double crumbed prawn. Fresh off my trawler, crumbed the day it was caugh...t and snap frozen. On the right is a well known crumbed prawn stocked by major retailers. It is made in Thailand from their farmed prawn stock who knows where!. Have a look at the contents. On the left a full butterflied fresh caught Moreton Bay Banana Prawn. On the right is mushed up something from who knows where fed on who knows what in god knows what environment. Our prawns are fresh wild caught Moreton Bay Prawn. I know what one I would serve up at dinner or for friends. The incredible one. 13.01.2022 Fishermen- it's time to try out Incredible Seafood burley. Made from 100 pc Bannana prawn and as we are all Australian safe and legal for our waters. Minced down to 90 micron (yeah very fine) it is in paste form and forms an excellent additive to home made burley recipes for estuary fishing. 100 pc prawn you can't go wrong.
