I have just completed the Whole Food Guide program. Before I started I felt bloated and uncomfortable in my clothes. 11.01.2022 How many times do you train, I aim for 4-5 times per week. Consistency is the key. Some days I dont feel like training, and once I start, after about 15 min Im usually good to go, it s just pushing through those thoughts that are telling me - I dont feel like training, im tired, Ive got other things to do. You really cant rely on your feelings, our bodies are naturally not geared for pain but are wired for pleasure. So you have to get out of your head !... Just keep things simple aim to workout 3 times per week, but dont beat yourself up if dont get your planned 3 sessions in. Sometimes life does get in the way, and i totally understand that. 04.01.2022 Went to a Yoga session yesterday, was awesome. Some of the stretches I hadnt done before, so for me, was very beneficial, as I had a few in balances. The instructor was 60 years and had amazing body and so flexible. Age is just a number exercising and eating well is the key to longevity.
