25.01.2022 Safety Our staff are fully screened and complete mandatory police checks and working with children checks where appropriate. Staff are required to undertake a Training in Individual Support as a minimum. For the safety of both staff and clients, we equip our staff with training that is specific to the needs of the people they may be working alongside. For example, staff may receive training in how to work most effectively with people living with acquired brain injury, spin...al cord injury or challenging behaviours. All staff undertake training in occupational health and safety and require a current first aid certificate, including annual CPR updates.
