Be across the IA stories today to get to know me and what I’m up too Ohhh + here is a little snippet about me.. 10 THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT ME!... 1 Travel obsessed! I spend most of my year overseas than I do in Australia (pre travel ban days). Currently sitting at 45 countries! 2I used to live in London and it was the most amazing experience ever. I LOVED IT! 3 Currently studying Weight Management! 4 Trying to teach myself Spanish. 5 I have been vegan for 4 months now, experimenting in the kitchen (I wish I could call it cooking but I’m a terrible chef). 6 I LOVE the outdoors! Hiking, beach days, sports, camping, snowboarding, beach days, roller blading, everything! 08.01.2022 Coach G here I've been up North for 9 weeks now.. checking in with my coaching babes weekly whilst I explore the gorgeous NT has made my 20-20! How am I keeping in some kind of routine whilst living my best life.. I'm going with the flow but also finding routine. Between planning ‘21 IA Retreats and facetime sweat sessions with my gang, it’s keeping me busy! Me time. Self care is super important so every day I make sure there's 30-mins for me at the start and the end of... the day! Cooking! When I make my food I am much more inclined to make better choices and also feel like there is structure in life. With holidays coming up and people planning on travelling my hot tip is pick a place where you can make at least one meal a day. You'll thank me later! I mentioned about this topic on my story last week.. healthy eating and well, here is a great example.. most people would think that Acai Bowls are the better breakfast choice to make when dieting over a traditional ‘Smashed Avo or Big Brekky!’ Depending on the type of Acai Bowl and all the extras on top, this can easily exceed the total calorie content... of another breakfast meal you may consider as unhealthy + very high in calories!
