24.01.2022 G'day everybody! Happy easter, and enjoy your holidays!

22.01.2022 Sorry for the long delay in posting! But here's some news: 2 nights ago, high winds across the Blue Mountains toppled two trees on separate trains! The CountryLink XPT was hit by a falling pine tree at Medlow Bath, NSW. This tree cut trains between Lithgow and Katoomba. A separate incident included a falling tree hitting a moving V-set on the same night. My power was cut for almost 32 hours.

21.01.2022 Going on the CountryLink XPT to Dubbo tomorrow, I've got a new camera and it's gonna be awesome!

21.01.2022 Just got back from Dubbo! Took loads of pictures and videos and will upload them very soon, so keep your eyes peeled.

20.01.2022 Recent News: NR18 was painted in the Indian Pacific, spotted with DL42 at Lawson, NSW one hour late due to trackwork on the Western line. And, did anyone watch Undercover Boss at 8:30PM on Channel 10 last night? The CEO of Great Southern Rail, Tony Braxton-Smith, goes undercover to work at his own company.

18.01.2022 NR7 and AN8 were spotted south of Hawkesbury River (Brooklyn), NSW on the front of an intermodal carrying Ammonia solution. Strange seeing the AN class in New South Wales! And the scenic river-side CityRail journey from Strathfield to Newcastle is strongly recommended for those wanting a lovely day out.

17.01.2022 Sorry, I meant the V-set was the one that was hit by the tree at Medlow Bath. This photo taken by Marjanna Gilchrist on her iPhone.

16.01.2022 Because of Perth's Wildflower festival, the Indian Pacific was twice the length as usual and DL 39 came in to help with the increased load.

15.01.2022 Sorry for the lack of posts recently, I have been quite busy lately!

14.01.2022 Finally got around to uploading the Countrylink XPT photos.

12.01.2022 http://www.smh.com.au//lashing-rain-gives-way-to-blue-skie CityRail trains were heavily delayed after the Sydney floods! We hope everyone recovers from this crisis and not too much property was damaged.

11.01.2022 Those copycats (AKA Wikipedia) just made two other Indian Pacific facebook pages! :O Just kidding, feel free to join them! (But don't get TOO enthusiastic!) ;)

11.01.2022 The CountryLink XPT (2013 on the front and 2004) on the back leaves Dubbo for Sydney. The horn is very loud and startling!

09.01.2022 We're at 200 likes everybody! :D

03.01.2022 We're getting a nice stack of photos here - keep it up everyone! :)

02.01.2022 Due to the Qantas strike, there have been lots of extra Indian Pacific services to Perth!

01.01.2022 Eastbound Indian Pacific livery locomotive NR26 was spotted behind NR87 and NR1 (NR87 and NR1 were both in Pacific National liveries) at Valley Heights yesterday at 0804. The three locos were pulling an intermodal and was stopped on the wrong side of the tracks for a breakfast break.
