Freedom Kitchens are an awesome partner of our Foundation. Always ready to help us and what a beautiful job they have done here. Tracy, Doug, Bryce, Phil, Elain - legends one and all cadburyaust Roses came in and supported us just about at the time the wheels were falling off the world with Covid - thank you very much thank you very very very much First Grade Mark and the team, your kindness and consideration was so appreciated by the team managing this shelter who still have to run a shelter while we’re ripping it apart! Choices Flooring who totally came to the party - thank you! @ReelFocusFilms for doing a beautiful job of capturing our intent, One beautiful soul who donated to the Foundation at a time when we needed support. She has asked to not be recognised, but G, we recognise you! And finally the biggest thank you to Lesley and the team at SAHSSI who work tirelessly to do what they can to help women and children at a time in their lives when they really need a kind helping hand. 18.01.2022 Sun protection is just like baking a chicken when it’s cooked, it’s cooked! If you put a cooked chicken back in the oven it doesn’t keep cooking evenly, it BURNS. Your burn time, which is different for everyone, is the amount of time you can be in the sun before your skin starts to burn and SPF 30 extends this time by 30. For example, if you burn in 5 minutes your SPF gives you a total burn time of 150 minutes. Once you exceed that burn time you are a ‘cooked chicken’, and no amount of SPF or reapplying can save you from burning when you get back in the oven!
