16.01.2022 [ THANKS 2020 ] EN The world is going through a major shift on so many levels and it's not easy to deal with it. I feel for the people who have lost their jobs, the people who are far away from their loved ones and I bless all the souls who ended their mission on the planet... We were definitely not prepared for this and you must wonder why I thank 2020.... Well, I like to see the bright side in each situation or person and even though it was rough, I was lucky enough to find my way through this. When we all went into lockdown, I felt miserable and panicked but after two weeks, I've realised that I had so much to be grateful for. I was 'stocked' in the most beautiful town of Australia, near the ocean, I had some support from the government to help me pay my rent, I was still able to go for a walk or a swim when I wanted to, I had internet to call my family and friends whenever I needed to, I had my amazing partner by my side and lots of free time.... So I decided to use this situation in the most positive way and focus on creating INDIE Holistic Beauty. A safe space for modern women to reconnect to ancient wisdom and beauty rituals. Since I've opened the studio, I am meeting amazing and powerful people who are trusting and supporting me, and for this, I cannot thank you enough! 2020 you have been intense, scary, stressful yet inspiring and transformative. . 13.01.2022 WHAT IS GUA SHA? Gua Sha is an ancient traditional Chinese medicine technique where a tool is used to gently scrape and rub parts of the patient's skin repeatedly in order to activate blood circulation and increase Qi energy flow. The term Gua Sha is composed of two Chinese words meaning scraping for sand, referring to the reddish speckled rash on the skin that naturally appears after treatment. Facial Gua Sha is much more gentle and relaxing as t...he moves are slower and we use light to medium pressure so it doesn’t leave any bruise-like marks. We use it to stimulate the lymphatic drainage, release tension and increase collagen production. 12.01.2022 Balancing Your Chakras. Pendulums come in all shapes and sizes. They are quite simply tools that help us detect our energetic field. They are tuned to subtle vibrations and a good chakra pendulum can help us clear, balance and heal our bodies. When placed over the7 chakras (main energy centers), the pendulum will move, showing us both the direction and size of the energy the chakra is emitting. The energy level will reveal balance, imbalance, or energy blocks.... I've incorporated a pendulum into my Reiki treatments and I find it is a magical tool to use. 07.01.2022 RELAX YOUR MASSETER The masseter muscle is the strongest muscle based on its weight and is one of the four muscles responsible for the action of mastication (chewing). When the masseter contracts it causes powerful elevation of the mandible causing the mouth to close. Muscle overuse from teeth grinding and jaw clenching causes the muscles to become tense, inflamed and very painful. Since I was a little girl, I have been grinding my teeth and clen...ching my jaw, so much that my own sisters didn't want to sleep in the same room as me as the noise of my teeth would make them up! (true story) Even though I've worked on the emotional root of it, this part of my face is always more sensitive and tends to contract very easily when I’m stressed or anxious. (past vs futur) When using my different face massage tools, I like to spend a least 5 to 10 minutes working on my masseter. I take few deep breaths and I focus on the emotional release happening. As it is mainly due to difficulty to deal with everyday stress, fear and self-doubt, the release can be quite intense sometimes but so worth it! See more

07.01.2022 Healing doesn't mean the damage has never existed. It means the damage no longer controls our lives. This is why I believe anyone would benefit from healing modalities such as Kinesiology, Reiki, Hypnosis, Facial Reflexology, Crystal Healing... (I only talk about the different techniques I have personally tired but there are many others) ... If you feel like something is holding you in the past or that some emotions are stuck in your heart, I recommend you to ask for some help. Finding the right modality for your needs can literally change your life and transform your mindset in a very positive way. As long as that’s what you want, of course!
