14.01.2022 How’s your mental health going? Let’s face it, even if you think you’re doing ok- your stress levels will be sky high just like everyone else’s. Our lives have changed and will never go back to the way they were. The media is screaming with information, information published in order to scare and inform. Have I got it? What if that person has it? My area is a hot-spot but what does that even mean?!... The voice in your head that usually sings you annoying songs or replays situations where you could of gotten the final word, is now telling you all about the virus, everyone else’s opinions and making you doubt your own judgement. Take a breather. However that looks to you. Take care of you and don’t ignore that little voice because it will only get louder. Please, if you are like me and majority of the population who have to deal with things like anxiety, depression or more complex diagnosis- reach out and tell someone you need help. Speaking out loud can quieten that little voice down enough that you can sleep/work/parent. Sending light and love to you all! I’m here if you ever need a chat

11.01.2022 Information via NSW Department of Health: Remedial Massage is legal to perform as it is a necessary form of treatment. Relaxation Massage is not allowed.... Yay!!!!!!!! If you require remedial treatment, please contact me and we will arrange a time! Weekends will be the only option at this point for mobile visits but you are welcome to come to me during the week. Words can’t express how much I miss you all and getting out of the house lol #cabinfevermuch? Rules apply: if you are unwell or have been around anyone poorly, please please do NOT book a treatment. I have a family that I don’t want to get sick and I also treat immunosuppressed clients who also can’t get sick! Even if you think it’s just a cold- don’t book until you are well :) All necessary safety measures will be in place with hand washing/table cleaning/distancing etc. The recommendations are to limit treatments to 30 mins where possible. Stay well everyone!!

I won’t have any problem with a last minute reschedule if you or anyone you are in contact with is or becomes unwell and vice versa as I will always be up front and honest! 04.01.2022 Hello lovely people Just a courtesy message to let you all know that I’m currently battling some health issues. I’m taking each day as it comes and if I can work I will but please be patient with me if I have to cancel. Some days I’m good and others I’m immobilised with a painful migraine that medications won’t even touch. I’m doing my best to get to everyone before Christmas so you all feel like you can take on the shopping centres lol ... Sending you all lots of healing hugs
