16.01.2022 . NOW OPEN IN DUDLEY . . When I knew it was time to alter the focus of INDIGO HEALTH from predominantly mini shop floor health consultations/health foods to allow for an increase in personalised care and one on one Naturopathic, Reiki and Massage consultations, I MISSED the COVID memo! . However. After 10 years of full time study and owner/operator of Indigo Health, COVID has given me the opportunity of many months to slow down, to breathe,... work through needed emotional care and realign myself. A lot of this has been really challenging. The last six months has bought changes in work, health and livelihood, family life and friendships, and as challenging as this is for all of us, we have been given a chance to bring life back to simple grounds and hopefully eliminate what is not needed for us to thrive forward in our life. Having had the opportunity to do this I am so grateful. . INDIGO is now operating from a beautiful space in Dudley.
