The new year invites reinvention and after a delicious few days off to relax and eat, and eat... and eat with my family its time to put some change in action. 1) Making my own coffee at home and bringing it into work instead of buying coffee every day. sorry @little_pegs @bootleg_coffee_trader ... 2) Eating breakfast every day, it is after all the most important meal of the day. 3) Reducing screen time. OVERSEAS TRAVEL. You are now required to self isolate for a period of 14 days from your arrival date if you arrived after 16th March. This means no sneaking out to your appointments, which can be mov...ed to a more suitable time in a flash. Don't make me into a snitch, the penalty for non compliance is serious coin, $13,345 or enough for 1027 units of antiwrinkle. FEELING UNWELL. Stay away. Honestly. Do yourself, me, all the old people and your country a favour by just kicking back and watching some tele, stay hydrated and taking panadol. 09.01.2022 We are back babes!!!! Totally worth the wait. From 16th of May you can get your favourite treatments but not quite as you remember. You will notice use of gloves, masks, sanitizer and a bevy of other cleaning products. Rooms stripped to their bare bones with not a pamphlet or magazine in site. We want to limit contact and make cleaning easy and effective. I very strongly encourage you to attend your appointments solo, no friends, kids, partners or other people due to social distancing requirements. Please please please come with a clean face, NO MAKEUP. This helps reduce time spent close to your face. Online bookings are always the best way to make an appointment and we are encouraging card payments to minimise contact again.

06.01.2022 DANGER! Unfortunately there seems to be a premature push to reopen injectables. Rather than get into it too much let me be very clear with my own decision. Until there is very clear direction from the federal government, Queensland government and my own doctors indigo is remaining closed. Be under no illusions. Any practice willing to race to reopen in a pandemic has one motivation, and it is not your safety. It’s disappointing to see health professionals behave this way.... I understand, my face could really do with some love too. But you will live, and that is really what we are taking about here. Is your injectables worth risking your life, my life, our friends family or neighbors life? For me it’s an obvious NO! Please contact me to discuss anything injectables.
