25.01.2022 The power of the breath Remember that breathing is our body’s natural relaxation so don’t be afraid to just ‘breathe’. Hint- When sitting still, focus on the area of the navel, as this helps to balance the emotional response of the adrenals, the ‘anger’ glands & will diffuse the energy of anger. You may like to affirm to yourself I am becoming more peaceful with every breath. For my student yogis- message me if you would like any assistance with relaxation/breathing techniques. Angie xox

To all my student yogis, you should be feeling fantastic after learning at least 10 sequences, at least 25 postures and not to mention all the body preps- too many to count!! Today we practiced energy block release sequence 2, the earth sequence, the beam, simple inversion, and of course a relaxation to top it all off!
