In keeping with the Science theme, our StoryBox Library book of the week this week is Heads and Tails: Insects by John Canty. 07.01.2022 Did you know that Borrowbox has an option to convert any ebook in the library to Dyslexie font. Dyslexie font was created specifically for Dyslexic readers with heavier base lines, differing stick lengths and increased spacing between letters, words and lines. The letter shapes are also subtly adjusted to minimise turning, mirroring and swapping of letters.

05.01.2022 To celebrate Family History Month this August, AIATSIS are hosting two free online events featuring special guest, Imarnte woman Kath Travis, author of her self-published ‘her-storical biography ‘ Minnie, Mum and Me: The Black Headed Snake. The AIATSIS Family History Unit provides support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals, families and communities by providing family history research assistance, access to information, skills and knowledge including step-by-step guides, tools and templates.
