20.01.2022 EXCITING NEWS, we are now doing Pilate classes on Wednesday nights ( starting the 10th April) at the Uniting Church Hall on Station Rd Indoroopilly. Cost is $20 for the hour just bring along an exercise mat and a large bottle of water. Classes are limited so call and book your place on 0438 378 088.

19.01.2022 DRUM ROLL, Introducing our newest addition to the Indooroopilly Therapeutic Massage family.... APRIL TARABELLA. April has recently joined our team here at Indooroopilly Therapeutic Massage. She received her training in England and comes highly qualified. April started as an exercise instructor 16 years ago and went on to study for a remedial massage, personal training and nutrition diploma, as well as an advanced pre/post natal certificate.... April then went on to gain a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Sports therapy from Norhampton University where her dissertation included a study on Pilates. April has been teaching Pilates for the last 14 years, from beginners to advanced level. April previously worked for a health club and chiropractic clinic in Milton Keynes in the UK and built up a large client base. April has also worked as part of the Redbull support team helping in the prevention and recovery of injuries for their racing drivers and athletes such as elite runners, rugby players and tennis players.
