25.01.2022 Next up on our 2020 Exec Team is our Treasurer, Alex! He joined Scouts as a cub, 13 and a half years ago, and has been a Rover for four years. As Treasurer, Alex plans to manage the crew's finances promptly, and to be involved with the crew as an exec. Alex is studying Ecology at UQ, and works casually as a Tour Guide when Covid-19 isn't interrupting things. His favourite Rover camp is the annual Tin Can Bay Trip. During isolation, Alex has been spending his time sleeping in, studying and riding his bike. Looking forward to a great year with you, Alex!

25.01.2022 Might help get through these difficult times

23.01.2022 Meet our new Unit Leader, Dannon! Dannon has been a Rover for 5 years, and in Scouting for almost 15. His goal for Unit Leader is to create an engaging and diverse program, and to facilitate an inclusive, accepting, and welcoming crew. He recently graduated with honours in Psychological Science, and would love to work in Disability support and Advocacy. During isolation, Dannon has been keeping in contact with family, and building his Animal Crossing Empire We look forward to having you lead us in 2020, Dannon!

05.01.2022 Tonight Indro RC joined in on the #ScoutingAtHome movement with a night learning about Circular Design. We had a presentation from Margie on how we as a society can be more sustainable by reducing the amount of resources that get wasted. Next, we split into groups to brainstorm ways food systems, events, and transport can use fewer resources, become more cyclical, and less wasteful. Many good ideas from everyone on how small changes can make a measurable difference!

01.01.2022 Indro Rovers visited the very chilly Girraween National Park over the long weekend for some rock-hopping, hiking, and wine and cheese tasting!
