So everyone can have a better understanding of what we can do Folding is a process that gives the metal product it’s shape. Ilasercuts’ LVD press is used to bend (or fold) the metal in order for it to reach its intended form. This machine is state of the art CNC (Computer numerically controlled) with Easy-Form laser eye fo...r accuracy. At iLaser, we are able to fold Mild Steel up to 6mm at 3m length, Mild Steel up to 10mm at 800mm length, Aluminium up to 10mm at 3m length, Stainless Steel up to 6mm at 3m length and Stainless Steel up to 8mm at 800mm length. Our press brake has a range of tooling to accommodate various bend requirements. If your particular job does not suit our machine capabilities we can outsource to local metal fabricators as a subcontract service, this takes the stress out of dealing with multiple suppliers.
