13.01.2022 You may have noticed that we're all about serving coffee - either in cups or in dishes like in our Native Grain Salad. This dish is packed with coffee poached freekeh & lentils, sunflower kernels, wattleseed and toasted almonds. We've added a flavour highlight to this dish with illawarra plum, munthari berries and dried fruit, and added freshness using river mint, lemon aspen vinaigrette and macadamia feta. Exclusive to Newstead this summer.

We’ll keep you updated as directions evolve, and hope to be back at it next Tuesday. If you’d like to stop by today for a coffee, meal or to pick up some coffee for home, we’re open until 3pm.
