To e...xpand their customer reach and increase online sales, business owners Michael and Mandy implemented a digital marketing strategy to promote their products and new website. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the business was forced to close their café doors but were able to continue trading via their e-commerce website. While they agree that finding the time to invest in digital changes can be hard, the reward is worth it in the end.
