05.01.2022 Practice is still on with restrictions in place. Bookings are essential so give the office a call. Restrictions:... NO SPECTATORS! Including extra family members. Drivers & Crew MUST stay within their designated pit area. 1.5 m distances - at all times, including within your pit bay. If you are sick, been sick or near someone who is or has been sick within the past 14 days - stay home! Everyone on the premises MUST sign in on our COVID register!!!

02.01.2022 PRIVATE PRACTICE DAYS Bookings are being taken for people with their own kart who hold an Indy 800 track licence. Restrictions are in place that everyone must follow, along with our usual Practice Day regulations.... Practice days are not social events during this time so NO spectators, extra children or adults are to attend the track. They will be asked to leave immediately by staff on the day. Only those who are needed are to attend (i.e. Dad or Mum can attend to bring out 1-2 young drivers only). 1.5 metre gap MUST be maintained at all times, including between family members whilst on the premises. This is about 2 arms lengths away (based on the average adult). We really do appreciate all those who have been abiding by these regulations.

01.01.2022 TEMPORARY CLOSURE Due to recent flooding of the Hawkesbury River we are temporarily closing until further notice. We apologise for this inconvenience and hope to have everything cleaned up and relocated back to the premises as soon as possible. Until such time we ask for your patience in our staff to get us back up and running again as we cannot guarantee how long the clean up will take. If you have a booking with us, we will call you at our first convenient time with more details.

01.01.2022 COVID-19 Protocols are in place here at Indy 800. This was emailed to all our competitors for tomorrows race event. This will also be in place until further notice for not only our race meetings for drivers, pit crew and spectators but will also be in place for Kart Hire and general practice days. 'IMPORTANT NOTICE... Due to the recent outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) we are asking all drivers and pit crews to follow some protocols we are enforcing to help reduce spread. 1. If you are feeling unwell or been in contact with someone who is or has been unwell, please do not attend the event. Stay home, hydrate and rest. 2. Limit interaction with others where ever possible. This may also mean just bringing those who you need at the circuit. If someone does wish to join you on the day, ensure they adhere to these protocols as well. Any persons classified as COVID-19 high risk are prohibited until further notice. 3. When using our facilities, please avoid crowding or queuing. This may mean that you have to wait back at your tent/pit area or wait 2 meters away from other persons. This will apply to everything from sign in, bathroom, talking to stewards and ordering food or coffee. 4. Ensure that you are following all protocols and regulations set by the Australian and NSW Government, most importantly in regards to travel and self quarantine once you have returned from overseas trips. Rest assured that we are doing our best to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff. We have employed extra sanitary measures where possible but do welcome all those attending to bring their measures with them on the day as well.'
