22.01.2022 We’ve recently had the pleasure to undertake some repairs/ preparation work to the 1968 London to Sydney Marathon Alfa Berlina 1750 The car is owned by a friend and is being prepared for the Perth to Sydney Run to be held October 2021. It will follow original route of the Australian Leg of the Marathon. The Alfa has done over 500 000 miles and was due for some repairs. The main bodywork repairs undertaken were to repair the rear 1/4 panels which had fatigued and cracked due ...to the extra weight carried during the marathon and the many years since. We also added some stiffening to support the boot lid floor etc. The car originally carried an extra 12 gallon fuel tank in the boot. It’s also receiving a refurbished LSD, brakes, fresh 1750 engine, suspension etc. This was the only Alfa entered in the 1968 event and believed to be one of a handful of the original cars still surviving. The car has never been restored! A very special car!

08.01.2022 Some pics of an XW Falcon we did just recently. Mainly repo panels and lots of them! All new inner & outer sills, all new torque boxes etc. I don’t like working on a particular brand of car but I do like working with with a certain type of people! Thanks to all my valued customers!
