16.01.2022 Welcome to 2021 everyone, We are still here, and our industry is seriously waking up. While the end of last year saw hospitality being open for business, it has highlighted a massive shortage in Hospitality staff across the entire country. We have seen this effect businesses in all states particularly in regional areas. There are many reasons for these shortages including border closures, casual and career hospitality staff exploring other areas of work and in some instances... an apparent lack of enthusiasm for some staff to get back on the tools while other support is being provided. Everyday sees changes and things are looking more positive as past employees pop up with availability and we continue to onboard new staff. Our consultants are working hard to fill an unprecedented demand and are here to help however we can. The entire industry has really come together in the last 12 months and its heartening to see so many of us going the extra mile and supporting one another as best we can.
