25.01.2022 And it's done. A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out last night to support Heya Comedy for the final time and to all those who have been part of this brilliant comedy community these past four years - the lovely venue team, our wonderful, wonderful audience members who would take a punt on pretty much anything and our fantastic comedians, you have been bold and magnificent and watching you from my sound booth felt like a privilege at times. Thank you so, so much. There's... been the best part of 20,000 people come through this tiny venue over the years, all of whom are a valuable and welcome part of the Brisbane comedy scene, whether they're looking at the stage or on it. Please continue to enjoy and support the best emerging acts in comedy and check out other local gigs here. 22.01.2022 The very funny Aaron Pratt is making his Heya MC debut this Wednesday 9th October, he'll be joined by Michelle Janssen, Denzo Moore, Chloe Grace Maddren, Christopher Martin, Taylor Edwards, Jack Knight - Comedian, Jasmine Fairbairn, Matt Ford and Sandeep. Totlani. Come and get the bar food specials from 5pm, comedy doors open at 7pm, show starts 7.30pm. Entry is free!

17.01.2022 Last ever Heya Comedy night this Wednesday 23rd October and it's a fantastic farewell lineup featuring Jessica Sharrock. Nick Carr, Hayden Foote, Katie Wheatley, Christopher Wayne, Dan Dennis, Jacob Lingard, Michelle Azevedo, Andrew Lee, Tyng Lym, Stephen Head, and all the way from Melbourne, Ryan Coffey and your MC Brett Blake! Come and join the fun one final time, main bar opens at 5pm, comedy doors open 7pm and the show kicks off at 7.30pm, entry is free. Be great to see you!

16.01.2022 It's our 4th birthday this Wednesday at Heya Comedy and it's an outrageously packed line up of talent to celebrate! It's a warm welcome back to Brisbane for your MC Cameron Duggan and Angus Gordon, a last chance to wish Bronwyn Kuss and Grace Jarvis good luck before they move down south, interstate drop ins from Paul Sharplin and, new to Heya, Harry Jun plus some of the funniest of the Brisbane flock in Ryan Sim, Red Wood-Nevin, Sam Brookfield, Katie Wheatley and old mate Damien Power with whatever's in his head this week. Heya Bar is open from 5pm with food specials and more, comedy doors open at 7pm and the show kicks off 7.30pm. Entry is free, it'd be lovely to see you!

14.01.2022 End of a (tiny) era. Heya Comedy will host it's last ever show on Wednesday 23rd October. The venue itself will be changing hands and futures in time for 2020. So you have three last chances to come and enjoy the best of Brisbane's comedy triumphs and mistakes for free; Tonight!... 16th October 23rd October We're so grateful for your support these past four years so come and join us one last time and say cheerio.
