24.01.2022 An imprint is an area on the body which was affected by a trauma in a past life and still holds the energy from this trauma. The trauma event is stored along with the emotional charge in the subconscious mind. Certain situations will trigger an emotionally charged response. A recent example of an imprint was a client who presented with hip pain, which was medically unexplained. In a past life she contracted polio, the emotions which went with this past life was feeling stuck ...and not capable. These were exactly the emotions the client was experiencing in the present time. The purpose of the imprint is to bring attention to the trauma. Once the trauma is understood and the emotional element is cleared, the body no longer needs to hold this imprint in place. 24.01.2022 Recently I have noticed a common theme with clients moving into the holistic wellness industry. I have been working with them to release blockages which have prevented them moving forward with their business ventures. If you utilized similar talents in a past life, this may influence your fears and beliefs with the current business. You may fear recognition and success because of what happened in a past life. Imagine if you were ostracized or harmed because of your abilities, that will subconsciously affect your ability to feel comfortable in proving that service today. Subconscious fear may prevent you from achieving success. It may manifest in you being worried about being in the public eye and may cause you to avoid promoting your business and hide your capabilities.

21.01.2022 Self-sabotage is the things people do or say which prevent them from achieving success and happiness in the desired area. Self-sabotage is not done consciously but comes from the subconscious mind. It occurs when success or happiness is above the level at which subconscious mind believes you are worthy of. Low self-esteem is the major cause of self-sabotage and is most commonly formed during childhood. The most visible manifestation of low self-worth is seen in romantic relationships. A person may be drawn into unhealthy relationships or sabotage any relationship that they are in. 11.01.2022 A limiting belief is a belief which limits your potential and makes life more difficult. They usually originate in childhood or a past life. This type of belief is a form of subconscious protection to limit us from being or doing something which subconscious mind believes we can’t handle. The beliefs are not based in reality but a subconscious memory. To remove a limiting belief the original occurrence which created the belief must be identified. Once it is cleared, it is vital to continue to reprogramme subconscious mind. This is achieved by replacing the old limiting belief with a new empowering belief. For example, Limiting belief, My relationships always fail, Empowering belief, I attract healthy, fulfilling relationships into my life.



11.01.2022 Is your subconscious mind sabotaging your romantic relationships? Heart chakra blockages can prevent you from receiving love. The heart chakra can become imbalanced due to emotional trauma that you have endured in this life or past life. This can result in the subconscious mind putting up a protection on the heart. This protection can prevent you from having the type of relationship that you desire and can cause feelings of rejection and low self-worth.

When you bring your patterns into conscious awareness, you have the opportunity to release the energy of the emotion which has been stored there. Without self-love, you’re likely to be highly self-critical and a people-pleaser You’re more likely to tolerate mistreatment from others. You may neglect your own needs and feelings because you don’t value yourself enough.

We are a reflection of what we attract. Look within and work on self-love. Until this is addressed, you cannot receive the love that you deserve.

Past lives hold the key to releasing maladaptive thoughts patterns, emotions and physical imprints, which prevent individuals from achieving success in all or specific areas of their life. This allows the client to understand why they are experiencing certain emotions, thought patterns or negative behavioural patterns.
