12.01.2022 RELIEVE LOW BACK PAIN Raise your hand if you’ve been battling low back pain this year Ever feel a sore back after work? What about after a workout?... Or just mid-day. Listen... it’s been a YEAR. And it feels like things just continue getting more heavy and a ton more polarizing. So, on top of your PHYSICAL space having to shift (work from home, kids at home, etc), now let’s pack on STRESS of life and the world on top of it The BEST thing you can do is to acknowledge the pain, stop ignoring it in hopes it magically disappears (which can happen) and actually choose exercises, breath patterns, sleep, foods, and people that can help create shifts to move you out of the pain. There is NO one-size-fits-all plan, but these exercises can provide quick relief from symptoms with many of these exercises. Rest assured, quick relief typically means you relieved the symptom TEMPORARILY. What does that mean? You’ve got some more work to do And your body is WORTH getting assessed from a professional (Virtually as well ) Remember, pain is NOT bad. Pain is needed and necessary within the body. It is merely talking to you and signaling something needs to be addressed. Listen to it. Then be aware that this pain is your symptom. Not the cause. Continue to listen and learn what is needed for your individual body. We are all beautifully unique WALL HAMSTRING ACTIVATION: Press heel, ball of foot & big toe into wall Think of pulling the heel down the wall to activate hamstring Gently lift pelvis as push & pull w/ foot Hover opposite foot Take slow breath in through the nose Breathe out through a straw as if you’re blowing out 100 candles Try 5x on each foot . As far as the other exercises go... Try them. If they increase pain - STOP. If they decrease pain - CONTINUE. Simple as that. Listen to your body. 08.01.2022 Come join our gym Our class times are mornings 6.30am, 7.30am, 8.30am and 9.30am and go for roughly 50 minutes. Our afternoon times are 3.30pm and 4.30 pm. Our Exercises are always changing, our classes are small and we do lots of sanitizing, and the best part, fees are $10 a week Bookings essential.
