25.01.2022 You know it's going to be a magical day when it starts off with a tiny feather floating down to your feet and being aware that the veil is so thin between realms...it always is...but especially today on 1.11 (Angel numbers indeed). We walked for hours and came back to the car where we had parked earlier in the day, all to find at my feet a love heart and an another tiny feather on the path right near the car...never seen when we started our walk...awareness is everything. ...BUT I might add, when we pulled over for Molly whoof to tend to her business...this was beautiful but black feather was at my feet...*it's over a foot long* It's raining feathers...so in gratitude to all my loved ones who shower me with their loving presence. BE open to their signs it's so soulfully heart warming to believe they never leave our side.

24.01.2022 I love watching my Mum love herself . To hear her actually say looking in the mirror " I love myself today " was a gift. Her comment over the years when I've told her how beautiful she is on many occasions, she would comment with self judgement " yeah right???" ... She's never known her self worth, never really known how amazing she is, never ever thought of " self love " the way I mean self love. This woman has been devoured with love all her life from her family, but love of self, is totally different. It doesn't come easy for many. It's something I focus on with my clients and once " self love" is activated within them , you begin a different connection with self, and healing commences. There is nothing within any of us that needs to be " fixed", for we are not broken. We may just need to find ourselves and mother the child within each of us...that's what self love is to me...we are all so worthy to receive it.. Go love yourselves darlings, it's never too late. As I was walking I took a photo of the beautiful pelican all snuggled up on the street light, taking in the view...which is what I was ...all snuggled up taking in the view of the beach...but no not on a street light. Then 20 minutes later I stop and by a decaf latte....of course theres a pelican in snuggle up position on my coffee cup....whaaa...aat? 13.01.2022 HOW I BECAME A WARRIOR Once, I ran from fear so fear controlled me. Until I learned to hold fear like a newborn.... Listen to it, but not give in. Honour it, but not worship it. Fear could not stop me anymore. I walked with courage into the storm. I still have fear, but it does not have me. Once, I was ashamed of who I was. I invited shame into my heart. I let it burn. It told me, "I am only trying to protect your vulnerability". I thanked shame dearly, and stepped into life anyway, unashamed, with shame as a lover. Once, I had great sadness buried deep inside. I invited it to come out and play. I wept oceans. My tear ducts ran dry. And I found joy right there. Right at the core of my sorrow. It was heartbreak that taught me how to love. Once, I had anxiety. A mind that wouldn't stop. Thoughts that wouldn't be silent. So I stopped trying to silence them. And I dropped out of the mind, and into the Earth. Into the mud. Where I was held strong like a tree, unshakeable, safe. Once, anger burned in the depths. I called anger into the light of myself. I felt its shocking power. I let my heart pound and my blood boil. Listened to it, finally. And it screamed, "Respect yourself fiercely now!". "Speak your truth with passion!". "Say no when you mean no!". "Walk your path with courage!". "Let no one speak for you!" Anger became an honest friend. A truthful guide. A beautiful wild child. Once, loneliness cut deep. I tried to distract and numb myself. Ran to people and places and things. Even pretended I was "happy". But soon I could not run anymore. And I tumbled into the heart of loneliness. And I died and was reborn into an exquisite solitude and stillness. That connected me to all things. So I was not lonely, but alone with All Life. My heart One with all other hearts. Once, I ran from difficult feelings. Now, they are my advisors, confidants, friends, and they all have a home in me, and they all belong and have dignity. I am sensitive, soft, fragile, my arms wrapped around all my inner children. And in my sensitivity, power. In my fragility, an unshakeable Presence. In the depths of my wounds, in what I had named darkness I found a blazing Light that guides me now in battle. And sometimes change is so not welcome, simply because it takes you into the energy of the unknown. 02.01.2022 I had the most amazing synchronicity this morning. As I was getting dressed to prepare for a healing session with a new client, I was trying to figure out what I would put on for warmth. I was guided to this animal print throwover that I bought end of last summer. It still had the tag on it.... My mind said that won't be warm enough, my intuition said it's" puuurfect" Weird I thought, maybe my spirit guides are already on board and connecting me in with my client. I went with that.... and yes they were right...my new client arrived and had the head of a leopard tattooed all over her forearm. Validation for her, she was referred to where she was meant to be and validation for me to trust the guidance always. More validation that our spirit guides, spirit animals are always connecting with us for our highest good. No surprise the power animals manifested this morning as it is a full moon in Leo, the Lions Gate opens with opportunity to reclaim your power, move forward with grace and courage. The meaning of the leopard was very significant in my clients reading and healing as well. If your reading this it is no coincidence, you are being guided to the meaning as well.
