25.01.2022 I can’t believe that we are coming to the end of term 3 and we have been able to be consistent in our yoga practice! There are some holiday dates coming up (dates below), they will be blocked out in the booking system. If you purchased a 10 class pass and have been coming every week since the start of term, you will need to purchase a new class pass before 28th September. Don’t forget that you will need to book in for every class and your class will be credited if you CANCEL UP TO 24hrs IN ADVANCE. There have been an increasing number of last minute cancellations which have been too late to fill, and due to number restrictions per class, people are missing out. Much gratitude for our term 3 practice, your dedication and all your beautiful faces coming to class every week.

15.01.2022 Who needs yoga tomorrow night? Have had a cancellation for Tuesday night, 6pm at Bateau Bay Community Hall. Jump online to book. This class does book out quickly but there is a spot available for the rest of the year, if you are quick!

14.01.2022 Do you have a yoga block at home? They can be used to support tight hips and knees, help with balance, add length (bring the floor closer to you) and help to fine tune your poses. Pop it in your yoga bag and bring it to class!

10.01.2022 Blankets can be used in yoga as a covering - to provide warmth and comfort, but they can also be used as props to support our bodies. Blankets can be rolled or folded to bring the floor closer in a forward bend, provide padding for knees and wrists or help support your body weight during a twist. Unfortunately Covid restricts me from sharing blankets so don’t forget to bring your own to class!
