25.01.2022 It's time... I hope you all had a nice break. Our return date is Monday the 29th of January. February Deal. Get one of your mates to join up and You get a free month of training. ... Junior classes start a 5pm and the Adults start at 6pm. I look forward to seeing you all on the mats and hopefully a few new faces as well.

23.01.2022 Great to see everyone back on the mats in our new venue at the Italian Sports Club.

22.01.2022 School holiday are nearly over and that means it time to get back to training. Dont forget that we have a new training venue this term. The Italian Sports Club has offered us a space and I look forward to our next step. Our return date will be Monday July the 23rd. Junior classes start at 5:00pm and the Adult classes at 6:00pm... Monday and Wednesday 601 Heaths Rd Werribee Spread the word bring a friend, if you get someone to Join you get a free month of training. 22.01.2022 From Monday the 16th of November we are back on the mats. We are still under number restriction so bookings for classes are essential. We are also still under contact restrictions for the adults. Message me through the F.B to book your spot.

21.01.2022 WE HAVE A START BACK DATE. Although training at the start may not be as we knew it, we are hoping restrictions will be removed quickly and then it will be full steam ahead. However at the moment we must stick to the government guidelines.... 22nd of June Full-contact training and completion for 18 and under. Non-contact competition for all ages. 13th of July Full contact training for adults. Venues can be opened with up to 20 people allowed per separate enclosed space, Subject to the 4 square metre rule and up to 10 people per group/activity. So what this means to us at IMA; Opening date 22/06/2020 For 1 week, and then we will be on school holidays. On entry to our training area you WILL use the hand sanitizer supplied. Parents that wish to stay and wait for their child will have sit on designated chairs And if too many parents are onsite you may be asked to wait outside. Our adult class will be bag work, cardio training and single person activities. You must bring your own gloves and towels, Remember to bring a drink bottle. Please DO NOT attend a training session if you are feeling sick, Stay home until symptoms are cleared. This applies to the parents and the students. And most of all, I look forward to seeing you all very soon.

08.01.2022 Good morning all. Following on from Sensei Vinci, I have attached a couple of photos regarding the location of the new venue and the gym in which we will be training. Parents, please note that the sports club has a very comfortable lounge area right next door to the gym that serves tea, coffee and food so that you can kick back and relax comfortably while your children attend lessons
