22.01.2022 Have you set a goal this year? If so, how are you tracking with achieving this goal? Some of you may be humming along quite nicely without too many hiccups along the way. For others, it may be like pushing the proverbial uphill. So, why is it so hard to achieve some goals and so easy to achieve others? The answer lies in what lays beneath the surface in our subconscious. Our subconscious is a like a super computer and controls all the really important stuff like breathing a...nd other physical functions. On top of this, it also houses our long-term memory, emotions, values, beliefs, habits, to name a few things. In fact, the answer to whether you reach your goals or not, lies here in your subconscious mind. How does that work? Well, consciously, you may want to achieve a goal lets say, you want to get fit and exercise more. But you find that, for whatever reason, it just isnt happening. Frustration builds and your goal goes by the wayside. What you may have forgotten or may not have put too much emphasis on is that time when you were 9 and injured yourself playing sport. It doesnt have to have been a major injury just enough of an injury for the subconscious mind to form a belief that exercise and sport is dangerous and thereafter step in to protect you for injuring yourself again by putting up barriers to exercise. Now, as admirable as this may be, there will come a time when this belief will become limiting and frankly, will just need to go. So, how do you start identifying what beliefs you hold in your subconscious? And how do you get rid of these limiting beliefs? You will know you have a limiting belief as you will feel blocked, or frustrated, like you cant move forward. This is an indication that there is something there that just needs to go. Using my skills, knowledge and techniques, I can start pinpointing these limiting beliefs and releasing them. 20.01.2022 Unprocessed emotions - or emotions that you continually ignore - will eventually manifest themselves into physical issues within your body. It is a time for transition...both individually and globally. I admire all these new souls who are putting in the time and energy to go through their transformations...as change is not easy. But...change is a constant, as we can see from what we are experiencing in the world today. It is an honour to be helping these souls through their journey. 15.01.2022 I love this! I keep seeing it around and just had to share it too. We live in a society where we have so much...and yet happiness can be so elusive for so many people. Sometimes I feel we have forgotten what is truly important in life - and I am just as guilty of that as anyone else. Ultimately, your happiness is your responsibility, but I believe that social media is having a huge impact on peoples happiness. Social media platforms give us a glimpse into other peoples live...s - which is usually full of fun, laughter, travel, happiness - in essence, their best life.. We see the way that the rich and famous live. Marketing companies and direct marketers use these platforms to tell you how you need their product and what you will be missing out on if you do not have it. And all this, before you have even finished your first cup of coffee. Is it any wonder you dont feel happy? We cant escape the realities of our world, but we can put boundaries around them. Sitting in gratitude for what you have and what you have achieved to date is also a strong proponent of happiness. Stop comparing yourself to others...this moment in time is just that - a moment in time. Life is a marathon and your status quo can and will change over time. You may go from the 3rd position to the 1st - or you may not. Live your own best life...and look inwards to what makes you happy. Challenge yourself to practice gratitude for a week and see what difference that makes to your outlook in life. Find the positives in the negatives. Understanding this, especially the concept of learning lessons, has helped me to see many events in my life from a different perspective. It is, quite simply, your karmic baggage that you must address in order to move on. If you dont, the lessons will be repeated - but they will also be magnified. I see this time and time again - same same but different lessons being delivered to people who are distraught that it keeps happening to me. Just as you put everything in its rightful place within your home, so you should also put things in their rightful place within yourself, be it physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. 11.01.2022 Something for the weekend... The trick behind deep breathing You may be aware, or have heard, that deep breathing is a useful tool for managing stress and anxiety. But research has shown that the best form of deep breathing to manage stress and anxiety is when the outbreath is longer than the inbreath...and heres why.... It has been found that deep breathing techniques all have one thing in commonand that is, that they work by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system or PNS. Now, the importance of the PNS is that it, in turn, activates within us a natural bodily response that can best be described as rest and digest. In other words, it activates within us a state of rest and relaxation. Interestingly, every time you exhale smoothly and slowlythe PNS switches on which not only causes your blood pressure to drop but also sends feelings of relaxation throughout your body. On the flip side, we have the sympathetic nervous system, which is the opposite of the PNS. The sympathetic nervous system is switched on when we are in fight, flight or freeze mode...a heightened state of alertness, where your heart is racing. Interestingly, every time you inhale, the sympathetic nervous system switches on just a little bit...and this causes your heart rate to rise slightly. And this is why the best form of deep breathing to manage stress and anxiety, is when the outbreath is longer than the inbreath. The 7-11 breathing technique, used in yoga and meditation, is one of the most common breathing techniques used for managing stress and anxiety. The technique is simple to use and follow...and can be used discreetly wherever you are. All you need to do is: - breathe in slowly through your nose for 7 counts...then - breathe out slowly and to the same count through your mouth for 11 counts - continue doing this until you feel calmer and more grounded. For some people, this may be too long to start off with...so you can modify it to suit you ie inhale for 4 and exhale for 8. The numbers dont matter so much as ensuring that the outbreath is longer than the inbreath. So...give it a goand notice the difference it makes in your body...and to your stress and anxiety.

11.01.2022 What is your body trying to tell you? I have a client who came to me for sleep problems. On average, he was sleeping 2 hours a night. After the first session, he averaged 6 hours a night. After the second session, I received this: Hey! Just had to let you know that I had the most peaceful night in years. Seriously, my mind feels at peace at once its as if the hamster on the wheel has finally decided to take a break. Its amazing n strange at the same time, that my convoluted... thoughts are gone, I feel I can now live in the moment n not my past. Rajinder I cannot thank you enough for this. You a blessing to me!! I didnt work directly on the issue of sleep. I certainly didnt suggest sleeping tablets, hot milk, a warm bath. Instead, I intuitively honed into what his lack of sleep was trying to tell him, and worked on releasing that. Sowhat is YOUR body trying to tell you? As I say to my clientsflip the script and see any ailments as your bodys way of communicating to you that something is wrong on an emotional and energetic level.and stay grateful to your body for letting you know.

10.01.2022 Lets talk emotions and how emotions relate to manifesting. An easy way to demonstrate this is by the Emotional Spiral developed by Abraham Hicks. Take a look at it and be honest with yourself. Where are you sitting on this spiral at the moment? Are you on the upward spiral or downward spiral?... If youre on the upward spiral, how do you continue to move up? If you are on the downward spiral, how do you move onto the upward spiral? Remember, that like attracts like so wherever you are sitting (or feeling) is what you are attracting. This is the energy or vibration that you are putting out into the Universe. Are you attracting / vibrating joy or are you attracting / vibrating anger? It is important to note that The Law of Attraction is aligned to your vibration or energy, not to vision boards, words or intentions (although these are great tools for raising your vibration and goal setting). So, this is why it is important to do the work and move up this scale. Now, back to my original question, which I will put in a different waywhat are you manifesting in your life? 09.01.2022 Wonderful to see Dr Brian Weiss live for his 3 day Past Lives Regression workshop. Medically trained & practicing as a psychiatrist, he sort of stumbled on past life regression with a patient...40 years ago! He only comes to Australia every 2nd year...and people have travelled from all over the country - and internationally (someone has come from India) to see and hear him. Very blessed that he chose Melbourne this time around so I could pop along to see him too. 18 mins into the workshop, my phone rings (on silent, of course). When I called the number back at break...the caller was interested in coming along, and booked in for, a past life regression. Now thats synchronicity at its best.

06.01.2022 Ive been deliberately minimising my time on social media lately as I have been triggered by the lack of respect and tolerance that is being shown towards one another. Everyone has an opinion and everyone is entitled to their opinion. An opinion is neither right nor is it wrongit is simply someones opinion! However, the lack of tolerance that people are showing for other peoples opinions on social media has been quite overwhelmingand energetically draining. I have found minimising my time and being selective of what I read has done wonders to rejuvenate my energy. I limit myself to mainly sites that bring joy and laughter. 06.01.2022 Its officialthere is now less than 100 days until Christmas. In Australia, schools are going on their term 3 holidays; spring carnival season is approaching; the days are getting warmer and social functions are increasing the closer we draw to Christmas. Its a fun time of year but it can also be very a busy time of year. And, hence, a very stressful time of year.... So, for those who find their stress levels increasingand for those that dont here is a tip for staying on the level. It can take as little as 2 minutes a day to do and can be done anywhere at any time. Start by closing your eyes and taking a long, slow breath in hold your breath for 3 seconds then slowly let it out. Repeat this another 2 times. Now, imagine yourself at a beach with your feet in the water. Look down at your feet and notice that there is a colour flowing from your feetinto the waterbeing washed away with the current. Notice this colour, as it represents your stress leaving your body. Watch this colour flow from your feet and notice, as it does, the stress leaving your body. Once this colour has finished flowingopen your eyesand notice the level of relaxation in your entire body. Like I said, this can be done anytime, anywhere. Many times, you dont know what that old is that you have to let go ofyou just know that you feel stuck or frustrated or anxious or angry or a plethora of other emotions. In many cases, this old is really old - like past lives type of oldthat you have been carrying around with you for many, many lifetimes. Unexplained illnesses, fractured relationships, even emotions such as anxiety and depression may have the...ir roots in a past life. Energy work and past life regression are two tools that I use to help pinpoint and release these old ways that may be blocking you from moving forward. S.B came to see me because even though from the outside looking in her life was perfect, there was one area in her life that wasnt the area of relationships. For 7 years this was an area that had bothered her.
