14.01.2022 Considering in the coming weeks to put Boxing classes back on 5 nights a week at 6-7PM, this class will not be a fit boxing class, it will be more focused on technical boxing covering padwork, footwork, strength and conditioning, fitness, partner work and sparring, I'll still run PTs before and after and on the Saturday morning as well These classes will be $30/week thru direct debit(no contracts) or $15/lesson casual rate (Join the direct debit and you'll receive boxing glo...ves and wraps for free) To show interest in these sessions either comment below or inbox me asap! Ages 13yrs and older only....male and females welcome)

10.01.2022 We will continue through the Christmas and New Year period, only taking the public holidays off, anyone keen to keep training up, is more then welcome to keep at it and we will even change the location to outdoor sessions(weather permitting)
