25.01.2022 Easter Sunday started right - bright and early work out. GST training 10 rounds of 10 for q0 exercises - killer burn after this baby!! Happy Easter!! Over head press Arnold press BOR... Chest press Incline press Chest fly Upright row Rear delta row Bicep curl Hammer curls Modified without certain equipment but u do the best u can. This is a good one of you have weights that may be slightly easy for you - they won't be by the 10th round. Give it a go oh and excuse the breathing lol

19.01.2022 Meet enza - enza was my very first client that signed on with me last year. Enza has made an amazing transformation dropping 10kgs. She has worked so hard, stuck to nutrition advice and smashed all sessions with a huge smile. I'm so so proud of you!! Can not wait to see what the future holds.
16.01.2022 Sometimes we’re so focused on what’s not changing we miss what has already changed. Even when people point things out - we rarely see ourselves clearly. Even as a PT and knowing better, I get so fixated on that number on the scales, I’ve chosen is what I have to be. I obsess over it. I get angry at myself when it doesn’t budge. I do crazy macro changes to try drop quickly. I forget that I train hard, and too train hard I need extra food for growth. My overall muscle mass h...as grown and I can’t believe how much my back has changed. I took this last night and am so glad I did so I can see change is happening. I am also super lucky to have a trainer like Jamie Jeffreys who is always so patient with me and my insecurities and who always helps me see things in a positive light. I’ll be forever grateful for the day I started training with Prodigy Personal training. Remember it’s a marathon not a sprint
16.01.2022 Rest days can be tough in times like these - when using using exercise to combat mental health. There's plenty of other things you can do to release those endorphins and feel good. Read a book, talk to a friend, meditate. Mine is and always will be music. A good tune can always help my mood and make me feel better. Give it a go!!
15.01.2022 If your like me and you've fallen off the healthy food wagon, in need of some food ideas.- try this healthy nachos. 5 star beef mince, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, cottage cheese, black beans and organic plain corn chips. Around 350-400 cals all up - enjoy
15.01.2022 Only have 30 mins spare for a work out? Try this little burner. 45/15 skipping for 15 mins then 45/15 frogs, armadillios, push gorilla, explodes and snakes x 3. If you dont like to skip you can run, walk, bike etc. Let me know how you go!!

05.01.2022 Who needs a gym when you can skip? Skipping is such a good cardio work out and a great break from running, walking, riding etc. Get amongst it people - you'll love it!!!

01.01.2022 Eating well and training are 2 of the most important tools to help keep a positive mind set - especially in uncertain times. After a week of stress eating I've cleaned.up my act today, gotten back on the band wagon of tracking meals and am only taking the positives of the current situation. Taking time out to reassess, refocus and come out of this stronger and ready for a big, bright successful future.... What are you doing today that will make all your tomorrow's better??
