25.01.2022 Heavy Rainfall! With heavy rainfall predicted over the weekend, we strongly suggest that you bring an umbrella with you. Due to contact tracing requirements and additional COVID measures we have in place, there will likely be a line to enter the facility that will stretch out of the front door. We are currently operating at a capacity of 200 patrons in line with Government regulations and our Covid-Safe Plan.... Remember, bookings can be made by emailing us at [email protected]. The booking is not locked in until you receive a confirmation email.

25.01.2022 Inflatable World Kambah Covid-19 Update Please see the below letter from Canberra Health Services regarding a new Covid-19 testing site in Kambah open from today. Please note, we have been assured from ACT Health that there is no risk to the community.... This will present no changes to Inflatable World and our operations, except a change in available car parking. The testing facility has taken over both Inflatable World carparks. Parking will now be strictly on the Aqua Harmony side of the facility. We hope to see you all soon!

22.01.2022 We have implemented a new cleaning process! (pictures taken from a Brisbane location) These misting units turn sanitiser into a mist! The mist then covers our inflatables which actually provides a much better & faster clean than by hand.... We will continue our regular hand cleaning procedures throughout the day also, but these u it’s are just another way that we endeavour to make our facility as safe as possible. This benefits you in two ways; 1. You know that we're giving our inflatables a thorough clean every day, and 2. There's less cleaning time which means more play time!

22.01.2022 Don’t forget, we are still open! 9am - 4pm Saturday and Sunday. We are still operational, operating on a facility capacity of 100 patrons. With a very stressful weekend for all, we are encouraging all healthy children to continue to get their exercise where possible! We have a heap of control measures and increased cleaning schedules in place throughout both operating and non-operating hours so support local business where you can and pop on down for a jump!

21.01.2022 IWK Covid-19 update. We would like to thank you for your continued support through these unprecedented times. It is our utmost desire to do everything in our power (within Government Guidelines) to continue to offer you and your family fun activities through this crisis. We as Australians have a proud history of being an active nation and we want to encourage as many people as we can to continue to do so. We will continue to offer inflatable activities to the best of our ab...ilities following guidelines implemented by the government. We are getting constant and regular updates and will continually look at ways to improve Staff, Patron and Spectator health and wellbeing. Current Guidelines indicate that we can continue to operate as long as we keep numbers below 100 people in the building. We feel comfortable that we can control the number of patrons in the building, we can continue to sanitise surfaces throughout the delivery of our activities and we can offer hygiene related products close to where our activities take place. To achieve this we will closely monitor the number of patrons in the building and strictly enforce the 2 hours of play per entry policy. Priority will be given to those with party bookings. Please understand that if you are a walk in customer there may be some delay in letting you in the building to adhere to the Government directives. It is recommended that you are well educated on the concerns and use official government websites to keep informed of any updates. The decision to continue attending our venue is totally up to the individual, for anyone that have any concerns we strongly suggest speaking with our Inflatable World coordinator or Facility Manager. Open communication is the best way to address any concerns that you or your family have. Our Recommendations; If you are unwell please refrain from coming to our facility. If you don’t need to be there please stay at home. Continue to follow hygiene etiquette including well publicised methods for eliminating the spread of germs. Stay informed. Follow any direction given by all staff members. Refrain from shaking hands and making contact with other patrons. Maintain personal distance as best as possible. Changes that we have implemented; Additional signage about hygiene practise around the facility. Hand Sanitiser readily available. Increased cleaning and disinfection of all surface including but not limited to, Tables, chairs, counters, EFTPOS machines, ATM, hand rails, benches, Inflatables and mats. Please understand from time to time throughout our operation that we may temporarily close Inflatables to conduct a thorough clean. We ask for your patience if this is to occur. 21.01.2022 SCHOOL HOLIDAYS HOURS As with current restrictions including a capacity limit of 100 patrons, for Week 1 (28/9-4/10) we will be opening for 3x 2 hour sessions per day. Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, we will be opening for only 2 sessions: 11:30am - 1:30pm... 02:00pm - 4:00pm There remains a capacity limit of 100 patrons in the building. We will require all attendees contact tracing details including name and contact numbers in the email. Otherwise, walk-ins will be accepted pending capacity! Session times are:... 9am - 11am 11:30am - 1:30pm With a large amount of Canberrans at the South Coast, tomorrow is a great day to dodge the weekend and school holiday crowd!

17.01.2022 OPEN THIS WEEKEND! We would like to thank all those who paid us a visit this week in a very stressful first week of holidays! Due to the Covid-19 situation and extension of current restrictions, we will be opening for 2 sessions each day of the weekend, and through to next Friday the 17th of July. ... The sessions for the weekend are: Saturday - 11:30am - 1:30pm. (BOOKED OUT) Saturday - 2pm - 4pm. (BOOKED OUT) Sunday - 11:30am - 1:30pm. (BOOKED OUT) Sunday - 2pm - 4pm (BOOKED OUT) Monday through to Friday are the same session times, and there are still heaps of spots left! We will unfortunately have to extend the charge to spectators of $10 (including a free drink) until the restriction are eased and we are not capped to 100 guests. 15.01.2022 2020 has been a tough year, so we want to encourage you to reach out to your friends and family. Grab a coffee. It doesn't have to be at our venue, it can be anywhere. Just make sure you're showing your loved ones that they're appreciated. RUOK is a suicide prevention charity, but other issues such as Domestic Violence are on the rise in lock-down. You never know how this simple act of showing kindness, friendship and support will help.

14.01.2022 Poking our heads through the end of a busy holiday period! With school going back this week, we would like to thank all of those who paid us a visit over the holidays! Considering the circumstances, we had a great holiday period with over 70% of our sessions completely booked out! We will now be returning to normal operation hours of 9am - 4pm Saturday and Sunday, though will still be maintaining 3 pre-booked session times to enable us to close for deeper cleaning, and limi...t contact between sessions. 14.01.2022 Open Today! A reminder that we are open today! Our final session for today is 11:30am - 1:30pm, and the good news is we still have a heap of space available. Today is a great day to experience all that Inflatable World Kambah has to offer without the crowds! 14.01.2022 OPENING THIS WEEKEND!! A reminder that we will be opening from this Saturday. We will be opening with a maximum capacity of 100 people, and to assist us in managing reduced capacities and increased requirements, we will be running session times! We are now allowing walk-ins on the weekend as we have a heap of spaces available across all sessions. We will be strictly adhering to our capacity limits though. ... The three sessions are: 9am - 11am 11:30am - 1:30pm 2pm - 4pm. Pricing for all children will remain the same. Temporarily, we will be charging adults $10 spectator entry, which includes a free drink. Alternatively, adults can buy a general ticket for $15 to jump on the equipment too! We don’t like charging spectators, and we pride ourselves on our value for money, so this charge will only apply whereby we are capped to 100pax. As soon as that restriction lifts (expected 10th July) spectators will be free of charge as usual. All entrants will be required to sign in, so if you’re bringing other children, please ensure you have their parents contact details (Name + mob). We will be closed to the public for the half hour duration during sessions while we undergo some cleaning, on top of the regular cleaning throughout the day, and have a Covid-Safe plan and additional measures in place. 09.01.2022 We will be re-launching on Saturday 27th June!! We would love to be able to say "Business As Usual" but we will be making some changes... We will be implementing a COVID SAFE PLAN which includes:... * Strict venue capactiy limits (currenly 100pax) * Timed Sessions 9am to 11am 11:30am to 1:30pm 2pm to 4pm * All tickets must be pre-booked & pre-paid We will be conducting contact tracing; we will require names and contact details of every individual coming through the venue. This will be confirmed with the purchase of your tickets so your details will stay private (no clipboards sitting out in the open). * Spectator tickets will cost $10 This is for the sole purpose of reducing the number of spectators in the venue. For every parent on the sidelines, that is 1 extra child that could be inside the venue. Every spectator will receive 1 free non-alcoholic beverage of your choice. * Social distancing & personal hygiene to be observed, which includes hand sanitising stations around the venue. * If you are unwell, please stay home. We will not be operating parties, however we are allowing group bookings and parents to host their parties themselves using our facilities. If you would like a party however, we do have a range of spaces available for Private Hires on Friday and Saturday evenings that may suit. These alterations are subject to Government restrictions being lifted. We will return to normal operation once we make it through the current climate. 07.01.2022 Today's our Prime Minister, Mr Scott Morrison has enacted a rule that all indoor venues must have a minimum of 4sq metres per person. In conjunction with the limits of 100 people, our venue has an area of 22sq metres per person. More than 5 times the recommended area for safe social distancing. 05.01.2022 The Easter break starts this weekend! We will be closed on Good Friday & Easter Sunday. This means that we will be open on Saturday & Monday over the long weekend, as well as every day during the school holidays.... Please note: We will also be closing on Anzac Day, the week after school goes back.

04.01.2022 OPENING HOURS + COVID UPDATE We are open this weekend on both Saturday and Sunday! 3 sessions each day, at 9am, 11:30am and 2pm! We have approx 150 spots available for 9am-11am tomorrow, 17th of October. We will be accepting walk-ins so if you’re looking for an awesome way to dodge the weather and still tire the kids out, head on down! ... With restrictions eased last Friday, we are now able to welcome 200 patrons in the building. We still suggest booking by calling (within business hours) or emailing us to ensure you hold a spot. Pricing remains the same as it has been during the Covid period. Under 5 = $8 Over 5 = $15 Parent + Bub (u/5) = $15 Spectator (including a free tea/coffee/cold drink) =$10 We are operating under a Covid Safe Plan and will be conducting contact tracing on site.
