18.01.2022 We have a problem... In today's modern society, the vast majority of people consume diets that are about 90% electrically 'dead' and out of harmony with the frequencies of the digestive system. Don't be in that 90% group that is susceptible to sickness and dis-ease!
17.01.2022 Travel health tip brought to you by your favourite colon hydrotherapist: Gut bacteria play a huge role in our immune system so it's important to get lots of the good guys in there. Fermented foods and drinks is an easy way to get some good bacteria. Kombucha is one of my favourites, originating in BC Asia. Try replacing a soda or beer with booch. For more travel health tips check out my last blog (link to website above) #fermentedfoods #kombucha #travelhealth #travellingvegan #travellingaussie #guthealth #gutflora

12.01.2022 Here is a simple golden milk recipe to calm down an inflamed gut. You can substitute powdered turmeric for fresh turmeric, and you can also add ginger to aid stomach digestion. Black pepper is added to recipes with turmeric as it aids in absorption. Turmeric is getting lots of spotlight in the alternate health world for it's amazing anti-inflammatory properties, as well as providing many other health benefits.... Golden milk is delicious as a winter warmer. You can also let the milk cool and use it as a base for chia seed puddings, another gut friendly food. Love Thy Gut xx #guthealth #goldenmilk #lovethygut #colonhydrotherapy #turmeric
